We are offering a position at our reception for the summer season of 2025.

The primary task of a receptionist is to check guests in and out, as well as inform them about local events and opportunities. The role also includes managing bookings coming through various channels and ensuring the entire booking process for guests runs smoothly. Other duties include maintaining a clean workspace and assisting other departments and colleagues as needed. At the reception, you will work under the guidance of professional supervisors. You will also work alongside our wonderful new summer employees. Experience in the role is an advantage but not a requirement, as we will thoroughly train each new team member. Reception work is dynamic and people-oriented. The job requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. Providing high-quality customer service and a premium guest experience are core values of Mustion Linna, so we expect a customer-centric approach and previous strong customer service experience will be beneficial. The working language at Mustion Linna is Finnish, and you must have good written and spoken Finnish skills. A fluent level of English is also required to perform the tasks effectively. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus and can be useful in customer service situations. Working hours will fall between 07:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
