Hjalmar Linder's festive dinner
at Mustio Manor on November 17th, 1904

A unique experience
Step back in time to the manor romance of the early 20th century. Mustio Manor's chamberlain Hjalmar Linder was Finland's richest man, one of the most famous Finns worldwide, and a great culinary enthusiast. The manor's kitchen received food deliveries from both St. Petersburg and Paris. At our ambient restaurant Linnankrouvi, we recreate this magnificent early 20th-century festive dinner.
The exquisite multi-course menu is based on the dinner enjoyed at Mustion Manor in 1904, a menu card of which was unexpectedly found in the attic of Mustion Manor. Naturally, the dinner is served as it would have been back in the days, accompanied by fine wines and enjoyed with time. Our staff is also dressed in period-appropriate attire to enhance the experience.
