Experience an unforgettable moment as hot air balloons fill and rise into the sky! The preparations themselves are a spectacle, and the launch is a magical sight – colorful balloons painting the sky and creating an amazing atmosphere. Join us in the manor park on the morning of First of May to witness this breathtaking event (weather permitting). Free entry to the manor park.
Take part in a fascinating guided manor tour in the museum mansion and then enjoy a traditional male choir performance in front of the manor. Afterwards, our restaurant’s warm atmosphere invites you to indulge in a delicious brunch. We hope to see you there!

11:00 Guided Manor Tour, duration about 45 min, in Finnish. Price 18 € /adult. Ticket available online for a reduced price 15 € / person. Children free of charge with an adult.
12:00 Traditional male choir performance in front of the manor.
12:00–15:00 First of May Brunch at restaurant Linnankrouvi.

HOT AIR BALLOON DEPARTURES
- Linnan Pallo’s hot air balloons will launch from the Manor Park, weather permitting.
- Balloon flights are always subject to weather conditions.
- Weather confirmation for the Walborg Eve evening flight will be provided on the same day, and for the First of May morning flight, confirmation will be given the evening before.

Mustio Manor is one of Finland’s most valuable manors and is under the supervision of the Finnish Heritage Agency. The museum is monitored by video surveillance. Visitors are responsible for any damage to property or equipment during their visit, as well as for any harm caused to themselves, others, or the premises. The visitor must compensate Oy Svartå Gård Ab (Mustio Manor) for any damage caused. The person making the booking is also responsible for other individuals in their group and any damage caused during their visit. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
The manor and its grounds are maintained through business operations. Magnus Linder repurchased his childhood home in 1985 and began business activities at Mustio Manor. The manor remains privately owned by the Linder family and was placed under a foundation after Magnus Linder’s death, with oversight by the Finnish Heritage Agency. The owners do not draw any profit—revenues are used exclusively for the upkeep, restoration, and development of the area and its facilities.
By visiting Mustio Manor and using our services, you support our efforts to preserve this valuable cultural heritage site for future generations, in accordance with Magnus Linder’s wishes.
