Waiter

We are looking for waiters for both full-time and fixed-term positions. We also need extra workers, on-call workers who can be called in when needed!The primary task of a waiter is to ensure the guests' enjoyment throughout their restaurant visit, providing the best possible service. You will welcome guests, introduce and recommend products, take care of the service, and manage the entire experience, including billing. During banquets, you will work under the guidance of a supervisor or wedding coordinator.The waiter’s job also includes cleaning, preparing the restaurant spaces, setting tables, replenishing stock, delivering meeting services, moving furniture, and preparing meeting and event venues as needed.

Assistant Worker

The primary task of a restaurant assistant is to help other staff with product display and serving, replenishing stock, polishing glasses and cutlery, moving furniture, and setting tables and cleaning. As an assistant worker, you will never work alone, as you will always have skilled colleagues and supervisors from various departments to support and assist you.

Salary is based on the MaRa TES (Collective Agreement for the Restaurant Industry). We take into account your education, experience, and special expertise.
The probation period is up to 6 months, with fixed-term contracts having a probation period of up to half of the contract length.
The work at the restaurant is mainly three-shift work. There is also the possibility of flexible working hours.

We value your experience and expertise, but we also provide training for the tasks. After general onboarding, we will provide individual training based on your role and specific needs. We are also happy to accept internship students and apprenticeship trainees, subject to available resources.
