Röda villan 2

This charming red log house from the 1780s originally served as housing for workers at the Mustio Ironworks. The building was renovated in the early 1990s and again in the late 2010s.

The house's historical character has been preserved, featuring partially visible original beams and ceilings inside, as well as functioning fireplaces providing warmth and ambiance.

The Red Cottage is located along the oak-lined Ruukinkatu street, near other historic buildings such as the Yellow Smith's House and the old locomotive shed.

Address: Ruukinkatu 22, Mustio, approximately 400 meters from the reception of Mustio Manor and restaurant Slottskrogen. The guest harbor is also about 400 meters away.

The building does not have air conditioning or WiFi. Free guest WiFi is available in restaurant Slottskrogen and meeting rooms.

The house contains two apartments, each with its own entrance. The apartments are connected by an internal door, allowing them to be booked together as one unit.

The surrounding area offers beautiful walking and cycling routes to Mustio village (nearest store 3.5 km away). Bicycles can be rented at the reception.

Apartment 2 – Description:

Spacious modern kitchen with dining area, bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. The kitchen includes stove, a fridge, and dishwasher.

The area is approximately 60 m².

From the kitchen, there is access to the bedroom, and from there to the bathroom. A small terrace is located beside the building.

Private entrance.

The apartment is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility due to stairs at the entrance, with no assistive devices available.

Free parking along the street.
